1. Shipping information
Shipment will be by JapanPost or YAMATO
We will let you know the tracking number after shipping.
Shipping is Monday through Friday.
For non-standard orders, we will contact you later by email regarding shipping costs.

2. Shipping fee
We will pack more carefully to prevent the damage of the product(s).
The shipping fee will be charged per package. For customers who purchase in large quantities, in order to prevent the damage of the products, we will pack in multiple packages.
If there are more than one box, we will inform you extra shipping fee in advance.

3. Payment method
Payment can be made either by credit card only.

4.Return Policy
We have a return policy if there is a defect in the product.
All returned items must be the original condition.
All return requests must be made within 10 days of the receipt of the item.
Please contact us first for return before you ship it back to us.
The postage of the returned goods is a seller burden.
When returning a product, it must be sent through a trackable service.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
